Abstract: A display panel inspecting contact apparatus has a contact film which is to be brought into contact with individual electrodes on a substrate of a color display panel. Contactors for three colors and individual electrodes for three colors are arranged on one surface of the film substrate in a contact area of the front end of the contact film so that they are respectively brought into contact separately for each of the colors. Of the contactors, the contactors for the first color and second color are arranged at the front portion in the contact area at the front end of the contact film, while the contactors for the third color are arranged at the rear portion in the contact area at the front end of the contact film.

Abstract: A surface light source device having a light conducting member made of a transparent material, a light source disposed on the light incident edge surface of the light conducting member, a light diffusing member disposed on a front surface (light emitting surface) side of the light conducting member, a reflecting member provided on a rear surface side of the light conducting member, a prismatic sheet having a multiplicity of fine prismatic surfaces arranged on the light diffusing member; a pattern having a light diffusing characteristic is provided on the surface of the light conducting member; and the pattern is formed with the aid of half-transparent ink in which fine spherical silicon grains each having a particle diameter of 1 to 10 micrometers are mixed. According to the present invention, therefore a bright surface light source device having a uniform brightness distribution can be obtained.

Abstract: A pressing unit 9 pressing the back surface of a flexible circuit board 8 having a case and a plurality of plate-like pressing members 23 which are accommodated in the case while being superposed on each other. Each pressing member 23 has a base portion 23a, a pressing portion 23b, and a spring portion 23c integrally connecting them. The pressing portion 23b is extended along a direction of arrangement of connecting terminals 4 arranged on electric components. The pressing member 23 presses the back surface of the flexible circuit board 8 by utilizing the elasticity of the spring portion 23c, and therefore can bring the connecting terminals 4 of the electric components and connecting terminals 11 of the flexible circuit board 8 into contact with each other by a generally equal contact pressure.
