    Abstract: A light emission apparatus comprises a light source that emits coherent light, a light modulation unit, a reflector, and a first light reception part. The reflector comprises a first reflection surface that is a part of a spherical surface and a second reflection surface that is different from the first reflection surface. Modulated light modulated by the light modulation unit is incident on the first reflection surface and its reflected light is emitted to an object. Unmodulated light that is not modulated by the light modulation unit and is reflected from the light modulation unit is incident on the second reflection surface and its reflected light is received by the first light reception part.
