Patent number: 10243492Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a pulse generation circuit which generates a pulse control signal for selectively supplying currents to the coils with the coil phases of the brushless DC motor, a selector circuit which selects arbitrary two signals, from detection signals corresponding to currents flowing respectively to the coils and a reference signal, a comparator circuit which compares the two signals selected by the selector circuit, timer counter, and a control circuit. The control circuit repeatedly controls an operation for the pulse generation circuit to output a pulse control signal for supplying electricity to one of the coil phases in a state where the rotor is stopped, an operation for the selector circuit selects the reference signal and one of the detection signals, from the detection signals.Type: GrantFiled: September 6, 2018Date of Patent: March 26, 2019Assignee: RENESAS ELECTRONICS CORPORATIONInventors: Atsuko Maekawa, Yuuki Akashi, Tetsuhiko Inoue, Futoshi Hosoya

Patent number: 10075111Abstract: When electricity is supplied sequentially one by one to coils with a plurality of coil phases provided in a stator of a brushless DC motor, detection is made on a difference of signals corresponding to currents flowing respectively to coils with another plurality of coil phases coupled to the electrically conductive coil phases due to an effect of a magnetic flux of a stopped rotor. A stop position of the rotor with respect to the stator is determined, based on the relationship between a result of the detection operation and a coil phase in association with each other.Type: GrantFiled: July 11, 2015Date of Patent: September 11, 2018Assignee: RENESAS ELECTRONICS CORPORATIONInventors: Atsuko Maekawa, Yuuki Akashi, Tetsuhiko Inoue, Futoshi Hosoya

Patent number: 6734918Abstract: The data slicer circuit has a first capacitor that holds a pedestal potential of a video signal; a second capacitor that calculates an average potential of signals existing in a period where a clock run-in signal of the multiplex signal is present and holds the average potential; and a comparator which compares the two held potentials. The comparator outputs a detection signal indicative of the presence of the multiplex signal when the potential held by the second capacitor is higher than that held by the first capacitor.Type: GrantFiled: August 1, 2001Date of Patent: May 11, 2004Assignees: Mitsubishi Denki Kabushiki Kaisha, Mitsubishi Electric System LSI Design CorporationInventor: Tetsuhiko Inoue

Patent number: 6100935Abstract: A field decision unit capable of solving a problem involved in a conventional field decision unit in that an internal synchronizing signal can be erroneously synchronized with the equalizing pulses of a video signal owing to noise because the output halt period of a phase comparator is set rather short considering that this will facilitate the synchronization of the internal synchronizing signal with the video signal when starting the system or the like, and hence an incorrect field decision can be made. The present field decision unit includes an output controller which sets output halt pulses with a longer output halt period in a particular interval consisting of the synchronizing cycles containing the equalizing pulses and a synchronizing cycle previous thereto, and which employs output halt pulses with a shorter output halt period outside the particular interval as in the conventional system.Type: GrantFiled: January 22, 1998Date of Patent: August 8, 2000Assignees: Mitsubishi Electric System LSI Design Corporation, Mitsubishi Denki Kabushiki KaishaInventor: Tetsuhiko Inoue

Patent number: 4629645Abstract: A new mold inhibitive coated film adapted to be adhesively stuck to an object such as wall, ceiling or the like is disclosed. The coated film is constructed in the form of a composite layered structure which essentially comprises a flexible fibrous base material, a layer of adhesive or tackifier coated over the one surface of the base member, a layer of liquid coating material coated over the other surface of the base material and a layer of powder coating material distributed over the coated layer of liquid coating material. Each of adhesive or tackifier, liquid coating material and powder coating material has mold inhibitor included therein. Powder coating material is preferably distributed by natural gravity falling or by electrostatically charging each particle thereof. Alternatively, powder coating material may be distributed directly over the coated layer of adhesive. A separator adapted to be peeled off when it is in use is removably attached to the exposed surface of adhesive.Type: GrantFiled: February 1, 1984Date of Patent: December 16, 1986Inventor: Tetsuhiko Inoue

Patent number: 4551381Abstract: A new and unique coating film comprises a basic layer of flexible fibrous material, a layer of liquid coating material applied thereon and a layer of powder coating material placed on the layer of liquid coating material. After the powder coating material is distributed, the obtained layer structure is subjected to heat treatment until the former is molten and it is then cured after cooling.A method of preparing a coating film comprises applying liquid coating material onto a basic layer of fibrous material, uniformly distributing powder coating material over the surface of the layer of liquid coating material while the latter is still in a liquid state, and subjecting the obtained layer structure to heat treatment until the powder coating material is molten, after which it is cured after cooling. If colored liquid coating material is used, a layer of second transparent liquid coating material may be interposed between the colored liquid coating material and the powder coating material.Type: GrantFiled: May 14, 1982Date of Patent: November 5, 1985Inventor: Tetsuhiko Inoue
