    Abstract: In the subscriber transmission side where the exchange and telephone equipment are connected through the Office Channel Equipment (OCE), line and Data Circuit terminal Equipment (DCE) which transmits the voice and data by multiplexing them, when the power is no longer supplied to the DCE, the telephone equipment and exchange are connected directly bypassing the main part of the DCE and OCE, thereby realizing application of the telephone equipment.
