    Abstract: An exposure apparatus is provided with: a conveying device that conveys the subject to be exposed in a given direction; a spatial light modulating device having a plurality of light modulating elements, which are composed of an electro-optical crystalline material and arranged at least in one row in a direction intersecting a conveying direction of the subject to be exposed; an optical beam shaping device that limits the width of light emitted from each light modulating element in the conveying direction to a predetermined width; and a control device that on/off-controls light transmitted through the spatial light modulating device so as to generate a predetermined pattern. The light modulating element is formed tilted by a predetermined angle with respect to an axis parallel to the conveying direction. The control device shifts the optical beam shaping device in the conveying direction.

    Abstract: An optical pickup having a blade including a first blade in which an objective lens is mounted and which is made of a reinforced plastics material, and a second blade in which driving coils are mounted and which is made of a magnesium alloy material. Since the first blade has a low thermal conductivity coefficient, the heat generated in the coils is prevented from being transferred to the objective lens, whereas the second blade having a high thermal conductivity coefficient radiates the heat generated by the coils to the outside. Thus, the heat distortion of the objective lens can be suppressed, and damages to the coils or rigidity reduction of the blade can be avoided.

Further, after a lower magnetic head 20 is placed on the fitting bed 18p, a lower surface of the lower magnetic head 20 is adhered and fixed onto the fitting bed 18p through an adhesive 28 put in the adhesive filling groove 18r.

    Abstract: A vortex flow meter produces Karman's vortices in a fluid to be measured and a piezoelectric sensor develops a vortex signal therefrom which is proportional to the flow velocity of the fluid. The output signal of the sensor is applied to a charge amplifier and a low pass filter coupled thereto which functions to a predetermined signal amplitude for limiting low and high frequency noise and stabilizing the gain of the system within the vortex frequency measuring range. The output signal is converted by a logic circuit to a pulse signal of vortex frequency and then converted to a DC signal for transmission to an indicator or a receiver.
