The administration computer transmits information for administrating the image forming apparatus to the relaying server, and accesses the relaying server to obtain information corresponding to a state of the image forming apparatus. The image forming apparatus accesses the relaying server at a predetermined timing to obtain the information from the administrating computer, and transmits the information corresponding to the state of the image forming apparatus to the relaying server.
