  • Patent number: 7367374
Abstract: The present invention is directed to a display device that overcomes the limitation on tact time, and the defective phenomenon attributed to the generation of bubbles, pasting and visual irregularities at the time of laminating a film to a display panel. A polarizer is positioned in parallel to the vicinity of a main surface of a liquid crystal cell by holding two portions of the polarizer at suction stages. A portion of the polarizer is pushed and brought into contact with the main surface of the liquid crystal cell. From the portion of the polarizer, the polarizer is pushed to the main surface toward one end of the main surface along a first direction thereof. The polarizer is pushed to the main surface of the liquid crystal cell toward another end of the main surface in the first direction so as to laminate the polarizer to the main surface.

  • Publication number: 20050109457
Abstract: The present invention provides a manufacturing method and a manufacturing apparatus of a display device which can overcome the limitation on a tact time, and a defective phenomenon attributed to the generation of bubbles, pasting and visual irregularities at the time of laminating a film to a display panel thus manufacturing a display device having no bubbles, pasting and visual irregularities with high accuracy and at a high speed. A polarizer is positioned in parallel to the vicinity of a main surface of a liquid crystal cell by holding two portions of the polarizer at suction stages. Thereafter, a portion of the polarizer is pushed and brought into contact with the main surface of the liquid crystal cell. Then, from the portion of the polarizer, the polarizer is pushed to the main surface of the liquid crystal cell toward one end of the main surface of the liquid crystal cell along the first direction of the main surface of the liquid crystal cell.

  • Patent number: 4841431
Abstract: A transfer machine comprising a conveyor for conveying workpieces to stations and numerically controlled machine tools disposed at their respective stations. These machine tools are controlled by sequence controllers, which are connected with their respective numerical controllers. All the programs for machining operations are stored in each numerical controller. When some station is in trouble, the normal machine tool disposed at a station adjacent to the station in trouble is caused to execute the program originally assigned to the station in trouble, as well as the program assigned to the normal station itself.
