  • Publication number: 20230320810
Abstract: A living body compressing clip 100 includes a clip body 1 with metallic arm parts 5a and 5b configured to hold a living body tissue. The clip body 1 includes compressing pieces 10 that protrude from distal end parts of the arm parts 5a and 5b in a long-side direction of the arm parts 5a and 5b. The compressing pieces 10 are formed from a flexible resin and hold a fluorescent dye. According to the living body compressing clip 100, the compressing pieces 10 causes a vascular network to collapse while holding the living body tissue by the arm parts 5a and 5b. Therefore, when the arm parts 5a and 5b hold the mucosal tissue of the tubular organ and excitation light is applied thereto, the fluorescence emitted by the compressing pieces 10 can be satisfactorily confirmed from the serosal side.

  • Patent number: 11653821
Abstract: An endoscope includes a handle operation unit. The handle operation unit includes: an outer ring; a cam ring accommodated in the outer ring to rotate in accordance with rotation of the outer ring about a central axis and having a pair of guide holes; a pair of slide members accommodated in the respective guide holes and fixed to a force transmission member; and a support portion having a pair of slide grooves extending along a longitudinal direction of the endoscope, the support portion being accommodated in the cam ring to support the pair of slide members. The slide members slide in the respective slide grooves in accordance with the rotation of the outer ring. The field of view of the image-capturing unit is changed in accordance with sliding of the pair of slide members.

  • Publication number: 20180317775
Abstract: In order to puncture the artery running in parallel to the deep vein, a method or a tool for selectively visualizing the artery in a near-infrared image so as to form a near-infrared image of a portion to be punctured is provided. In the method for visualizing the artery by forming a near-infrared image of a portion of the artery to be punctured, the surface of the skin to be punctured is pressurized with a near-infrared light transparent material so as to collapse the deep vein running in parallel to the artery as well as the subcutaneous vein. An auxiliary tool for selectively visualizing the artery preferred for this pressurization is formed from a near-infrared light transparent material and has a notch through which a puncture needle can pass.

  • Patent number: 7130265
Abstract: A data multiplexing apparatus or the like is suitable for use with a digital satellite broadcasting system or the like. Inputted video data PESa may be converted by a P/S converter (142) in the form of parallel data of byte unit to serial data and then may be written in a buffer (143) and stored therein. Data stored in the buffer may be read out under control of a multiplexing control section (135). The data thus read out may be converted by a S/P converter (144) in the form of serial data to parallel data of byte unit and thereby generated as outputted data PDa. When the data storage quantity of buffer increases, under control of a rate-variable control section (147), a data quantity may be reduced by discarding DCT coefficients of high-orders, for example, with reference to analyzed result of a data analyzing section (146) and thereby the rate may be varied.
