  • Patent number: 6921087
Abstract: A cap has a plug portion, a seal plug and a sleeve. At the plug portion a side and a cylindrical wall project from a top board. An inner circumferential surface of the side wall fits on an outer circumferential surface of an opening portion of a vessel and covers the opening portion with the top board. The cylindrical wall forms a receiving chamber having an opening mouth at its under end face. The seal plug seals the opening mouth. The sleeve is loosely fitted on the cylindrical wall and opens the opening mouth by separating the seal plug from the cylindrical wall at relative movement of the cap. A sepal portion on the outer circumference of the sleeve is larger than inner diameter of the opening portion at its outer diameter and has flexibility to pass the inner diameter bending so as to avoid backward moving.

  • Publication number: 20040226835
Abstract: A sealing mechanism relating to the present invention is for a vessel which can be closed by a cap having a plug portion and a seal plug. The plug portion has a top wall, a side wall and a cylindrical wall. The cylindrical wall forms a receiving chamber arranged to be closed by the seal plug. The vessel has a protruding portion in its opening portion. An outer circumferential portion of the seal plug projects from an outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical wall and is allowed to pass the protruding portion in direction for insertion to the vessel but not for pulling off. A method relating to the present invention to seal the vessel comprises constructing the vessel, charging a first material in the vessel, and closing the vessel by the cap charged with a second material in its receiving chamber and already sealed with the seal plug.

  • Publication number: 20040159562
Abstract: A cap has a plastic plug portion and a plastic seal plug. The plug portion has a side wall having an inner circumferential surface arranged to fit on an outer circumferential surface of the opening portion, and a cylindrical wall forming a receiving chamber having an opening at its lower end face, which wall projects from a top wall on the inside of the side wall. The seal plug has the outer diameter being larger than the outer diameter of the cylindrical wall and is welded to the lower end face of the cylindrical wall while the receiving chamber is filled with a filling. In a sealing mechanism relating to the present invention, the seal plug closes the opening by being fixed to the cylindrical wall being loosely fitted into a sleeve. The sleeve is welded to the inner circumferential surface of the opening portion.

  • Patent number: 6694709
Abstract: An apparatus to charge and seal in contents is provided with a supporting portion for containers, holding portions for seal plugs, airtight chambers, a pressure gas supplier and a vacuum pump. The container has a receiving chamber and it is to be put on the supporting portion being the chamber is charged with contents and being the chamber's opening portion faced upward. The seal plug is for sealing the opening portion. The airtight chamber is composed of a main portion and a cap portion. The main and cap portions freely move relatively and freely contact tightly, then they surround the supporting and the holding portions in airtight condition. Further, the supporting portion and the main portion freely move relatively in airtight condition, so as the holding portion and the cap portion do, and the supporting portion and the holding portion are freely separated from each other.
