Abstract: Conventionally, there is a technique to conduct a cause analysis in which a single evaluation axis, such as a performance time, is used to configure a problem point network. However, in particular, in a system to visualize a management problem in which problems are intricately-intertwined with one another, information on multiple evaluation axes, collected from a business system, are utilized, and units are different for respective evaluation axes.
