  • Publication number: 20190029090
Abstract: In an imaging using fluorescence, for example, it is difficult to perform a surgery while a tumor part is directly confirmed in a bright operating room. A light irradiation system according to an embodiment performs an open/close control of a first eyesight of a first eyesight restrictor and a second eyesight of a second eyesight restrictor at every predetermined time interval. The light irradiation system controls a light-on of a light such that opening and closing timings of the first eyesight match a timing of a light amount control of a surgery lamp and opening and closing timings of the second eyesight match a timing of a light amount control of a fluorescence excitation light source (see FIG. 1).

  • Publication number: 20190008367
Abstract: This disclosure discloses a surgical system that includes, for example, a patient-side cart (also referred to as a surgical robot) and a console apparatus. The patient-side cart includes an endoscope apparatus that includes three or more endoscope arms. The console apparatus manipulates the patient-side cart. In the endoscope apparatus, for example, feature points of respective images obtained by respective imaging devices of the three or more endoscopes are used to join the respective images together to generate a composite image, and the composite image is displayed on a display screen. The composite image generated from the images in three visual fields to be provided to an operator ensures providing an image in a wide range, and allows the operator to confirm various sites by a visual check during surgery (ensuring an endoscopic surgery while having a large visual field as in a laparotomy) (FIG. 1).

  • Publication number: 20180288404
Abstract: A technique that only and simply projects a video of a specific region on a body tissue is insufficient in some cases as an assistance technique for users in, for example, surgeries and pathological examinations. An image processing system includes an infrared light irradiating apparatus, an optical detector, a control apparatus, a display apparatus, and a projecting apparatus. The infrared light irradiating apparatus is configured to irradiate a biological tissue with infrared light. The optical detector is configured to detect light radiated from the biological tissue irradiated with the infrared light. The control apparatus is configured to create an image of the biological tissue using a detection result by the optical detector. The display apparatus is configured to display the created image. The projecting apparatus is configured to irradiate the biological tissue with first light.

  • Patent number: 8219218
Abstract: A plant controlling system includes: a velocity-type PID controlling unit to receive a control deviation between a process value and control set value, and calculate and output a manipulated variable deviation for operation targets; a switching unit to switch and then output the manipulated variable deviation from the velocity-type PID controlling unit to the operation targets; manual operating units, having an integration function, that are associated with the operation targets and output either one of the manipulated variable calculated by the integration of the manipulated variable deviation output from the switching unit and a manipulated variable based on a manually set value to the respective associated operation targets based on a control mode of the operation targets; and a switch controlling unit configured to control operation of the switching unit based on the control mode of the operation targets and the manipulated variables output to the operation targets.

  • Publication number: 20100042261
Abstract: A plant controlling system that controls a process value of a plant by operating a plurality of operation targets includes: a velocity-type PID controlling unit to receive a control deviation between the process value and a control set value, and calculate and output a manipulated variable deviation for the operation targets; a switching unit to switch and then output the manipulated variable deviation from the velocity-type PID controlling unit to the operation targets; a plurality of manual operating units, having an integration function, that are associated with the operation targets and output either one of the manipulated variable calculated by the integration of the manipulated variable deviation output from the switching unit and a manipulated variable based on a manually set value to the respective associated operation targets based on a control mode of the operation targets; and a switch controlling unit configured to control operation of the switching unit based on the control mode of the operation

  • Patent number: 5723957
Abstract: A brushless DC motor in which rotor magnetic poles were sine wave polarized is used. A rotational speed of the motor is detected by using one of Hall elements built in the DC motor. A control gain (A) to maintain the motor at a specified rotational speed is detected. Drive signals of three phases which were sine wave amplitude modulated on the basis of the detected rotational speed and the detected gain are supplied to the DC motor. A pulse amplitude control circuit which is used to activate the motor is used as a gain sensor. A gain which is used for the sine wave amplitude modulation is detected from a pulse amplitude modulation signal.

  • Patent number: 5532586
Abstract: In a method of the present invention, all the information is erased from a magnetic disk in a single revolution, and testing is conducted, for every track, to determine whether or not a defect is present on the magnetic disk. The apparatus includes a magnet for erasing information from the magnetic disk when the magnet is made to face the disk for a predetermined time. Subsequent to erasure the apparatus tests every disk track for defects. Test data is written onto disk tracks using a read/write head. The head is then used to obtain read signals from the data. Thresholds calculated from the read signals are used to determine if defects are present in any of the tracks.

  • Patent number: 5465182
Abstract: After servo information for positioning is written onto a magnetic disk medium on a track unit basis by a head, the servo information of the same track is read out and stored into a memory. Subsequently, during the seeking operation to move the head to the next track, the servo information at a time point when the head is on-tracked is arithmetically operated from the preceding read-out servo information stored in the memory and the present read-out servo information and the quality is verified.

  • Patent number: 5396211
Abstract: A very small and thin transformer to be used as incorporated in an electronic device for the civil life. In this transformer, a coil is wound on a coil bobbin in which core sheets are incorporated as laminated. This laminated core is provided with an insulating cover for insulation. However, when a gap is produced between the core sheets, an adverse influence will be produced on the electric characteristics of the transformer. Therefore, in case the insulating cover is applied to cover the laminated core, the insulating cover having a resiliency will press the core sheets in the laminating direction to prevent a gap from being produced between the core laminations.
