  • Publication number: 20170327077
Abstract: A webbing take-up device is provided with a spool and a stopper member. A webbing is taken up onto the spool. The spool includes a webbing insertion hole into which the webbing is inserted. The stopper member secures an end portion of the webbing at the spool by engaging with a periphery portion of the webbing insertion hole. The webbing take-up device is also provided with load bracing portions (a portion at an axial direction one side of a first serrated portion and a portion at an axial direction another side of a rod portion that are formed at a torsion shaft). The load bracing portions are disposed at the diametric direction inner side of the spool relative to the stopper member and are disposed to be close to the spool. The load bracing portions brace a load that is applied to the spool from the webbing via the stopper member.

  • Patent number: 9015913
Abstract: Foreign objects that have entered inside an insertion body are suppressed from reaching a detector side. In a buckle device, when a tongue plate is attached, an ejector slides downwards inside a buckle body, opening a through hole in a partitioning wall of a lower cover at the upper side. A main body portion of a slider member of a buckle switch is inserted into the through hole, closing off a portion of the through hole that has been opened by the ejector. Hence it is suppressed that foreign objects discharged through an insertion through hole in the buckle body to outside the buckle body pass through the through hole and reach the buckle switch side further than the partitioning wall.

  • Patent number: 8196962
Abstract: In the present pretensioner, press contact portions are formed further to a side of an open end of a packing housing section than central portions of opposing faces along a depth direction of the packing housing section. Accordingly, when a packing is being fitted into the packing housing section, no great resistance is imparted to a curved face side of the packing from a press contact wall of a housing section body and the opposing face, and the packing is fitted comparatively smoothly therein. Consequently, even when fitting the packing into the packing housing section, a packing main body is largely resilient-deformed, such that a large collapse in a through hole can be prevented, and the sealing ability of the seal due to deformation of the packing main body can be effectively enhanced.

  • Patent number: 8132829
Abstract: In the pretensioner, a guiding wall is provided in a generator-side passing portion of a gas passing portion, and an inner portion of the generator-side passing portion at a portion where the guard wall is set is located to a base end rather than a tip end of a wire protective cylinder. Further, a gas generator mounting hole and the generator-side passing portion is inclined to be directed the base end of the wire protective cylinder. For this reason, gas that is jetted from a gas generator is blown to the base end of the wire protective cylinder or a surrounding portion thereof. As a result, even though the thickness of the wire protective cylinder is not set to be large, it can be against pressure of the blown gas.

  • Publication number: 20040205944
Abstract: A buckle device which can ensure smooth unlocking over a long period of time at low cost. A button slope 66 is a curved surface opening toward a button 50 side with respect to an unlocking direction. Accordingly, the increasing amount of force of the button slopes 66 pressing abutted surfaces 86A with respect to the amount of movement of the button 50 is small immediately after the button 50 started to be pressed, and frictional resistance between the button slopes 66 and the abutted surfaces 86A can be thereby made smaller than before. Thus, wear of the abutted surfaces 86A can be reduced or prevented. For example, even when coatings are applied to the abutted surfaces 86A to reduce the frictional resistance between the button slopes 66 and the abutted surfaces 86A so that the unlocking can be smoothly carried out, degree of dependence on the coatings for reducing the frictional resistance becomes lower than before so that the coatings can be kept long.

  • Patent number: 6746048
Abstract: A plate spring urges a base of a buckle device toward an anchor insertion opening side with respect to an anchor plate. Provided that urging force of the plate spring exceeds urging force of a spiral spring, the base is held, by the urging force of the plate spring, at a position at which a rivet contacts an insertion direction side end portion of a long hole. However, when the urging force of the spiral spring exceeds the urging force of the plate spring due to, in order to attach a child seat, pulling out of a webbing belt more than at a time when a body is to be restrained, the base moves against the urging force of the plate spring, and the plate spring pushes a transfer rod. Due to this pushing force being detected by a semiconductor diffusion strain gauge, it can be detected that the child seat is attached on a seat.

  • Patent number: 6312014
Abstract: A shoulder anchor position adjusting device is provided in which assembly of a position adjusting mechanism, which adjusts a position of a shoulder anchor, is easy. The shoulder anchor is fixed to a slider. The slider is slidably mounted to a slide rail by the position adjusting mechanism which has a lock pin and a release lever. The release lever is placed on the slider in which a stepped groove is formed. The release lever is swingably held due to engagement of an anchor plate of a cover case with a cut-out groove. A flange portion is formed at the lock pin, and is supported by a step forming portion of the stepped groove. Due to a coil spring, a shaft portion of the lock pin is inserted through an insertion hole of the slider and is fit into an engagement hole formed in the slide rail.
