  • Publication number: 20190006790
Abstract: A branch connector is capable of preventing cable breakage when subjected to vibration or shock. The branch connector (1) includes a pair of split housings capable of opening and closing with respect to each other, a relay contact (40) supported by the split housings and connecting electrically to a cable guided by the split housings in a closed state, and a cable holder, formed in the split housings to hold the cable, including a tight cable holder on the side closer to the relay contact (40) to hold the cable so that movement of the cable in a radial direction is relatively smaller when the split housings are in the closed state and a loose cable holder on the side farther from the relay contact (40) to hold the cable so that movement of the cable in a radial direction is relatively larger when the split housings are in the closed state.

  • Publication number: 20170186222
Abstract: Provided is an image processing apparatus that can flexibly control the position of a virtual light source used for re-lighting processing and correct shading of an object, and a control method thereof. A shading condition detection unit calculates an evaluation value representing the condition of the shading for an object region within an image. A virtual light source control unit then sets a virtual light source based on the evaluation value, and a virtual light addition unit applies the effects of virtual light irradiated by the virtual light source in the image.

  • Patent number: 9129188
Abstract: An image processing apparatus, which correctly extracts specular reflected light components of reflected light from an object, and accurately estimates a light source color, is provided. The image processing apparatus calculates a pixel value difference distribution by repeating, for respective pixels, to calculate pixel value differences between a pixel of interest and adjacent pixels in an input image and to calculate similarities between pixel value differences. A light source estimation unit estimates a color of a light source which illuminates an object in the input image based on the calculated distribution.

  • Patent number: 5751519
Abstract: A bearing unit of a carriage assembly includes a support shaft and a sleeve rotatably supported outside the support shaft through a lower bearing and an upper bearing. The sleeve has a flange on its upper end portion. A threaded portion with which a fixing nut is to be threadably engaged is formed on the outer circumference of the lower end portion of the sleeve. The threaded portion is aligned with the lower bearing in the radial direction of the sleeve. A groove is formed in the lower end of the sleeve at a position between the threaded portion and the lower bearing. This groove reduces a load acting on the lower bearing when the nut is threadably engaged with the threaded portion.
