  • Patent number: 7738011
Abstract: A camera control system consists of a plurality of camera apparatus, camera control units coupled to the plural camera apparatus, respectively, a transmission path connected to the camera units and a base station connected to the transmission path. The base station has a database and the database is stored with setting values concerning at least photographing direction, image quality and voice quality of the plural camera apparatus and the plural camera control units in a plurality of table formats. An arbitrary camera control unit has a memory unit. A desired setting value of those stored in the database is down loaded to the memory unit on the basis of a command from the camera control unit and the setting values of the plural camera apparatus and camera control units are modified with the down loaded setting value.

  • Publication number: 20090109901
Abstract: In wireless communication using links with neighbor wireless devices, a wireless device calculates ratios of throughput to maximum throughput for the links and calculates the costs of the links using the calculated ratios. Then the wireless device finds, for each destination, a route in which the sum of such calculated link costs is the minimum, and sends a packet to the destination using the route. As a consequence, routing can be done according to an isotonic, easy-to-implement routing protocol.

  • Patent number: 7453582
Abstract: Positions of a plurality of objects in a space are detected. A position of reflected light of an object passing through an infrared screen is specified by analyzing an image obtained by selectively imaging the infrared rays. When the infrared screen is formed in front the display, reflected light is only caused just in front of the display. When the infrared rays are selectively imaged, a picture displayed with visible light is separated from reflected light in the infrared region, and only the reflected light can be imaged. A position of the reflected light on the display can be specified by a publicly known image analysis technique.

  • Publication number: 20080223311
Abstract: Compared with the collar only, the conventional pet harness can disperse the force applied from the lead to the pet and reduce the burden on the pet. However, since it uses narrow belts as straps, it has a problem that when a large force is applied, the straps thrust into the skin of the pet, to give a pain. Further, a wide piece consisting of a collar portion, a body loop portion and an underside portion is proposed, but it has a problem that it is troublesome to install and remove the harness on and from the pet. The present invention proposes a pet harness, characterized in that engagement members 4 and lead attaching members 5 are attached at both the ends of a body strap 3 destined to form a body loop 6, that a pinafore-like collar 7 is connected between both the ends of said body strap, and that a connecting strap 8 is connected between the bottom of the central portion of the pinafore-like collar and the body strap in such a manner that the connecting strap can be moved relatively to said body strap.

  • Publication number: 20080076461
Abstract: A radio device is located far from other radio devices in a radio network system. The radio device determines a threshold WIth for detecting a strength equal to or more than the minimum strength of radio waves transmitted/received in a stable radio wave environment based on a plurality of reception signal strengths of Hello packets received from radio devices adjacent to the radio device. Then, if the number of radio devices adjacent to the radio device when the threshold WIth is introduced is less than a standard value (such as five), the radio device stores the adjacent radio devices in the neighbor list without introducing the threshold WIth, and then, maintains in the routing table the routing information of routes passing through the adjacent radio devices based on the neighbor list.

  • Publication number: 20080056196
Abstract: The route maintenance unit outputs a period setting request to the period setting unit when the communication unit normally receives a Hello packet for the first time. The period setting unit sets a link connection confirmation period in response to the period setting request and outputs the set period to the route maintenance unit. The route maintenance unit maintains a radio link between the radio device in which the route maintenance unit is provided and an adjacent device upon receiving a data packet other than a Hello packet from the adjacent radio device even if a Hello packet is not received in the link connection confirmation period. Consequently, route disconnection or switching occurs less often.

  • Publication number: 20080020791
Abstract: Disconnection of communication is prevented and a connecting relation is maintained between radio devices even when a communication channel is dynamically switched. Accordingly, when a first radio device switches a communication channel used for radio communication with a second radio device, the first radio device firstly switches to a simultaneously-connectable channel capable of a simultaneous communication with an original channel, and then switches to a destination channel.

  • Publication number: 20080014954
Abstract: A wireless communication system allocates resource information used in performing wireless communication to wireless base stations in order not to generate interference between access-side wireless interfaces and backbone-side wireless interfaces. Each of the wireless base stations includes an access-side wireless interface for covering wireless terminal devices and a backbone-side wireless interface for connecting the wireless base stations with each other. The wireless base station allocates resource information that is common to the wireless base stations to the backbone-side wireless interface that performs the wireless communication between the wireless base stations, and allocates resource information that does not generate interference with the backbone-side wireless interface to the access-side wireless interface.
