  • Patent number: 12107097
Abstract: The present technology relates to a solid-state imaging device capable of suppressing deterioration in dark characteristics, and an electronic apparatus. The present invention is provided with: a photoelectric conversion section that performs photoelectric conversion; a charge retaining section that temporarily retains electric charge converted by the photoelectric conversion section; and a first trench formed in a semiconductor substrate between the photoelectric conversion section and the charge retaining section, the first trench being higher than the photoelectric conversion section in a depth direction of the semiconductor substrate. Alternatively, the first trench is lower than the photoelectric conversion section and higher than the charge retaining section in the depth direction of the semiconductor substrate. The present technology can be applied to, for example, a back-illuminated CMOS image sensor.

  • Patent number: 10099687
Abstract: It is preferable to reduce an uncomfortable feeling arising from an abrupt driving force generated in an automatic starting clutch in an automatic clutch vehicle. When an automatic clutch operating device is about to automatically engage a starting clutch, a brake controller drives a brake actuator to forcibly actuate a brake device, thereby braking a driving wheel WR. Here, a brake pressure to be applied to the driving wheel WR can be set as a brake pressure such as to change an expected driving torque which is accompanied by an uncomfortable feeling in the absence of control by the brake controller into a norm driving torque which is not accompanied by the uncomfortable feeling, taking into account the clutch capacity and an engine control output.

  • Patent number: 6474229
Abstract: A marking device includes a marking mechanism, a marking portion moving mechanism, and a pressure adjusting circuit. The marking mechanism marks a surface to be processed, of an object to be marked, by reciprocating a marking portion. The marking portion moving mechanism moves the marking portion in two-dimensional directions along the surface to be processed. The pressure adjusting circuit keeps a constant pressure which the marking portion applies to the surface to be processed. The marking mechanism includes a cam mechanism for linearly reciprocating the marking portion by following a cam which is rotated by a driving member.

  • Publication number: 20020062746
Abstract: In the marking apparatus in which the marking tool is vibrated by piezoelectric body vibrator and characters are engraved onto the objective material, the detection means detects the amplitude of piezoelectric body vibrator as the DC signal, and the drive control means adjusts the frequency of the drive signal so that the level of the DC signal detected by detection means is within a predetermined range, and drives piezoelectric body vibrator, and by appropriately adjusting the frequency to drive piezoelectric body vibrator, drives piezoelectric body vibrator with a predetermined amplitude. Accordingly, because the amplitude of piezoelectric body vibrator can be kept within a constant range, the stable resonance can be conducted. Further, the resonance can be conducted without being influenced by the resonance frequency of the tool.
