  • Patent number: 9814232
Abstract: An insect control sheet containing a Cry polyhedron prepared by fixing an insecticidal protein (a Cry toxin) produced by Bacillus thuringiensis to a polyhedron of polyhedrin protein is provided. The insect control sheet contains the Cry polyhedron and is used by floating on water. The insect control sheet is floatable on water, and includes a pure matrix layer 20 and a toxin-containing matrix layer 30 containing the Cry polyhedron 51 which are layered on the underside of a sheet-shaped first sheet substrate 10. The pure matrix layer 20 is composed of a degradable or water-soluble second material and the toxin-containing matrix layer 30 is composed of a degradable or water-soluble third material and the Cry polyhedron. The toxin-containing matrix layer sustainably releases the Cry polyhedron to the water on which the insect control sheet is floated.

  • Publication number: 20170051241
Abstract: A culture container includes a container main body and a filmlike member. The container main body has a recessed part and a bottom part 17 in which a plurality of microwells for containing a cell-culture solution is formed. The filmlike member is a member that is disposed above the plurality of microwells inside the recessed part and limits the movement of each spheroid that has grown inside its corresponding microwell such that the spheroid does not separate from the corresponding microwell. Thus, spheroids can be stably formed in the culture container.

  • Patent number: 7756736
Abstract: A server (10) enables users (A-B) sharing the same working machine (1) to mutually monitor a usage state by each user. The server (10) receives a user ID, the working time, the engine cooling water temperature, and the current position that are detected in the working machine (1) through a satellite communication network, and calculates the usage time, the usage location, the load amount, and a usage proportion for each user. The server (10) sends a warning to the user terminals 20 when the usage time or location is not as planned, or the load amount is excessive. The server (10) periodically reports the usage times and locations, the load amounts, and the usage proportions for the users (A-B) to the user terminals (20). The server (10) allocates maintenance costs of the working machine (1) automatically between the users (A-B) according to the usage proportions of the users (A-B).

  • Patent number: 7382742
Abstract: Interconnect of communication between mobile objects by another mobile object is enabled. Station A transmits its own identifier to another mobile station on a broadcast basis. Out of other mobile stations, Station B receives the identifier of Station A, and returns a response including its own identifier. Station A notifies Station B of identifiers of nodes with which it can communicate. Station B notifies Station A of identifiers of nodes with which it can communicate. This sequence of processing enables information on nodes with which either station can communicate to be exchanged between Stations A and B, and a communication path to nodes to be found between Station B (station A) and another node via Station A (station B).

  • Publication number: 20070079804
Abstract: A fuel management system detects theft of fuel from the fuel tank (81) of a working machine (1) or insertion of foreign matter into the fuel tank, and issues an alarm. The total operating hours of the working machine (1) and the actual volume and weight of the contents of the fuel tank (81) are measured immediately after the start and stop of the working machine (1), and transmitted to a server (10) which calculates the fuel consumption amount from the total operating hours, calculates the volume and weight of the fuel assumed to remain in the fuel tank (81) from the fuel consumption amount, and compares the calculated volume and weight with the actual volume and weight. If a large difference is detected in the volume or weight, an alarm is transmitted to a user terminal (20) and to the working machine.

  • Patent number: 5630317
Abstract: This invention aims to improve the operability in a hydraulic drive machine. According to a load Pp on work machine actuators 3 and 4, a differential pressure of a discharge pressure Pp of a hydraulic pump and a load pressure PLS is varied. Further, the differential pressure is varied so that the differential pressure between the discharge pressure Pp of the hydraulic pump 2 and the load pressure PLS decreases as the load Pp on the work machine actuators 3 and 4 increases and a rotational speed .epsilon.E of an engine decreases. Furthermore, the rotational speed .epsilon.E of the engine 1, discharge pressure Pp of the hydraulic pump 2, the operation amounts S1 and S2 of the various operation levers are detected, respectively, the absorbing torque of the hydraulic pump 2 is set based on the detected rotational speed .epsilon.E and a target rotational speed .epsilon.

  • Patent number: 5538084
Abstract: A device for improving the workability and drivability of a tracked vehicle whose blade height is automatically controlled, in which when changeover of a speed step from reverse to forward is detected by a transmission lever position detector (3), a controller (15) controls to raise or lower the blade (8) to a target value which is the height of the blade (8) initially set by an initial height setter (4). With a blade raising lever (1) operated, the blade (8) is controlled to rise or lower in proportion to the height of the blade during manual operation. The height is detected by a blade-height detector (14) and the blade is controlled to rise or lower to a target value which is the detected value of height.

  • Patent number: 5398766
Abstract: A device for controlling the height of a blade of a tracked vehicle includes a blade height position detector, a blade height controller for raising and lowering the blade, and a device for setting an initial height of the blade. When the transmission of the vehicle is shifted from the reverse to the forward position, the height of the blade is lowered to the target value. A switch selects between the target value set by the initial height setting device and a manually selected height depending whether or not the switching device selects the automatic operation or manual operation of the blade height controller.
