  • Publication number: 20190358400
Abstract: A syringe is disclosed, which includes a needle having an outer cylinder including an outer cylinder body part and a needle fixing part provided at a distal end part of the outer cylinder body part; an injection needle having a puncturing needle tip at a distal end and fixed to the needle fixing part; and a gasket housed in the outer cylinder. The injection needle is such a tapered part holding injection needle that a puncturing time piercing part having a needle tip has an outer diameter of 0.42 mm or less and has a thickness of 0.1 mm or less, or the injection needle is such a small diameter thin injection needle as to have a thickness of 0.04 mm or less. The gasket includes a gasket body and a soft coating provided on a portion that comes into contact with the inner surface of the outer cylinder.

  • Patent number: 9220850
Abstract: Objects are to ensure a required depressing force and puncture speed when a needle tube is punctured in the skin, and to be able to reliably situate a needle tip of a needle tube in the upper layer of skin. A needle injection assembly 2 includes a needle tube 5 having a needle tip 8 that can be punctured in a living body, a hub 6 that holds the needle tube 5, an adjustment section 12, a stabilizing section 13, and a puncture speed securing member 7. The adjustment section 12 is provided around the periphery of the needle tube 5 and has a needle projection surface 12a, from which the needle tip 8 of the needle tube 5 projects. The stabilizing section 13 extends from the hub 6, is disposed to surround the needle tube 5 and has an end face 13a that comes in contact with the skin when the needle tube 5 is punctured in the living body.

  • Publication number: 20120083749
Abstract: A syringe needle assembly includes a needle tube and a hub. The needle tube has a needle body provided with a needlepoint configured to puncture a living body. To prevent the needle tube from dropping out of a holding member in which the needle tube is held, the needle body also includes an axially press-worked enlarged portion that is continuous in the circumferential direction of the needle body. The hub includes a fitting portion to which the enlarged portion of the needle tube is fitted, and holds the needle tube.
