  • Publication number: 20030237023
Abstract: An associated development-support apparatus for a semiconductor device enables highly accurate debugging and verification of operations. An emulator stub acquires event information by using a communication control unit, where the event is generated in a debugger, the event information is generated by a debugger stub according to an event, and transmitted by the debugger stub through a communication network. An emulator control unit analyzes the acquired event information, and controls an emulator according to the analyzed event so as to perform emulation processing which virtually emulates operations of the semiconductor device corresponding to the event based on hardware design information. The emulator stub acquires results of the event which is generated in association with the operations of the semiconductor device virtually emulated by the emulator, and notifies the debugger of the results of the event through the communication network and the debugger stub.

  • Patent number: 5489082
Abstract: There is provided a reproducible molding die comprising a base structure having an unevenness pattern, and a cleaning layer disposed on the surface of the base structure having the unevenness pattern, wherein the cleaning layer is removable while substantially retaining the unevenness pattern of the base structure. By using above-mentioned molding die, a possible molding residue left in a molding step can easily be removed together with the cleaning layer.

  • Patent number: 5389313
Abstract: A method produces a molding die for an information recording medium, having a mold surface with a prescribed unevenness pattern comprising a projection; the projection having different etching velocities along its projected thickness; and defining a pair of convergent opposite inclining side slopes. Each slope of the pair forms an acute inclining angle with respect to extension of the mold surface. A pattern-forming layer is formed comprising a common metal element throughout its thickness and an additional element differing in composition from the common metal element in the thickness direction of the pattern-forming layer. The common metal element and the additional elements have different etching velocities in the thickness direction of the pattern-forming layer. The pattern-forming layer is selectively etched with a common etchant to form the projection.

  • Patent number: 5234633
Abstract: There is provided a cast molding die for an information recording medium, having a mold surface with a prescribed unevenness pattern including a projection; wherein the projection has at least one pair of opposite side slopes each of which forms an acute angle with respect to the extension of the mold surface. By using the cast molding die having the above-mentioned projection with a three-dimensional shape, a defect such as lack in the resultant information recording medium is prevented.

  • Patent number: 5137661
Abstract: A process for producing an optical recording medium, including the steps of: melt-extruding a resin to form a resin sheet; passing the resin sheet under pressure between a first roller having a predetermined unevenness pattern and a second roller disposed opposite thereto before the resin sheet is hardened, thereby to transfer the unevenness pattern to a surface of the resin sheet; and forming a recording layer having an organic coloring matter on the surface of the resin sheet provided with the unevenness pattern; wherein the steps are conducted while the resin sheet is moved.

  • Patent number: 5073101
Abstract: A molding die for an information recording medium substrate having a prescribed unevenness pattern comprising a track portion and an information pit portion which has a planar shape of a polygon wherein at least one diagonal is substantially parallel to the track portion. Such molding die provides an information recording medium substrate without lack in the periphery of a pre-format.

  • Patent number: 4206056
Abstract: A continuous filtration/separation apparatus with a part of the casing of a vane pump constructed of a filter so that material to be treated which is introduced between the casing and the vane adjacent to the rotor can be dehydrated. The endless filter of the vane pump at one portion faces the rotor of the casing and moves successively. The vane pump also has a washing device for washing the other portion of the endless filter which does not face the rotor, to eliminate clogging of the filter. A support supports an arc portion facing the rotor of the casing, which arc portion is rotatable about a center which is eccentric relative to the center of rotation of the rotor, so that the dehydrating ratio can be adjusted. A drive rotates the arc portion about its center for adjustment of the dehydration ratio.
