  • Publication number: 20240326404
Abstract: Screen coating jig for screen-coating surface of plate-shaped member having protrusion to cross protrusion with sealing member, including: jig body having higher rigidity than sealing member to be placed on surface of plate-shaped member. Jig body includes: first surface facing surface of plate-shaped member; second surface on opposite side of first surface; and pair of dividing surfaces extending from first surface to second surface and dividing at least part of jig body into first portion and second portion. First surface includes recess to be fitted to protrusion of plate-shaped member starting from intersection portions with pair of dividing surfaces. Pair of dividing surfaces has uniform height from first surface to second surface. Width between pair of dividing surfaces is narrowed at position corresponding to recess.

  • Patent number: 11094943
Abstract: The processing apparatus includes: a first roller 10 around which a gas-diffusion layer sheet (carbon paper CP) is wound, the gas-diffusion layer sheet being an electrically conductive porous member; a second roller 20 configured to take up the carbon paper CP wound around the first roller 10; and a processing oven configured to heat process a portion of the carbon paper CP, the portion having been fed from the first roller 10 but not yet taken up by the second roller 20. A heat-resistant lead LE is provided, the heat-resistant lead LE having a length at least extending from the first roller 10 to the second roller 20 through the processing oven, being configured to be taken up by the second roller 20, and being bonded to the carbon paper CP impregnated with a thermosetting resin AD.

  • Publication number: 20100248417
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for producing a chalcopyrite-type solar cell. The chalcopyrite-type solar cell has a light absorbing layer formed by selenizing a Cu—In—Ga alloy layer. The alloy layer is formed on a first electrode layer by sputtering using only a Cu—In—Ga alloy target (CIG target).

  • Patent number: 5675218
Abstract: An incandescent lamp has an envelope having a bulbous portion including a wall defining a space, a thin tube extending outwardly along a central axis of the bulbous portion so as to communicate with the space, and a sealed portion located on an opposite end of the bulbous portion from the thin tube. The wall has a slope inclined toward the thin tube. A filament is provided along the central axis of the bulbous portion. An optical interference layer is arranged on a surface of the wall for reflecting infrared rays toward the filament. A first lead wire has a first end portion fixed in the sealed portion of the envelope, a second end portion coupled to one end of the filament and an intermediate U-shaped portion inserted into the thin tube for regulating a position of the filament. A second lead wire has a first end portion fixed in the sealed portion of the envelope and a second end portion coupled to another end of the filament.
