Abstract: An operation apparatus includes a permission information acquisition unit, a certification information generation unit, and a transmission unit. The permission information acquisition unit acquires permission information indicating that an operator is permitted to operate the predetermined moving object. The certification information generation unit generates certification information based on the received permission information and information for specifying the operator. The transmission unit transmits the certification information so as to be recognizable by another person via a predetermined communication line.

Abstract: A centralized management system for an unmanned aerial vehicle includes a centralized management device and an information communication device. The information communication device is attached to an unmanned aerial vehicle to be monitored, acquires flight status information indicating a flight status of the unmanned aerial vehicle from the unmanned aerial vehicle to transmit the acquired flight status information in a predetermined data format by wireless communication. The centralized management device monitors the unmanned aerial vehicle using flight status information transmitted from the information communication device.
