Abstract: A radiation image signal output control method in which distance information that indicates a distance between a radiation image detection cassette and a receiving unit is obtained by a distance information obtaining means, and wireless signals are controlled by an output control means to be outputted from the radiation image detection cassette if the distance indicated by the distance information obtained by the distance information obtaining means is less than or equal to a predetermined value, and not to be outputted therefrom if the distance is greater than the predetermined value.

Abstract: A medical image photographing management terminal in which, in the case where each photo studio is furnished with a medical image photographing management terminal without constituting a large-scale system and even in the case where after ID information has been registered in one photo studio and the patient moves to another photo studio, the ID information can be used in the another photo studio. The medical image photographing management terminal includes an input unit to be used for inputting ID information, a storage unit for storing information, and a control unit for controlling writing of the ID information into the storage unit and reading of the ID information from the storage unit, and permitting reference and editing of the ID information from another medical image photographing management terminal in response to a request from the another medical image photographing management terminal.
