  • Publication number: 20090202365
Abstract: The present invention is intended to provide a technology that can utilize the advantages of both a load sensing control and a regeneration circuit without causing any problem. A regeneration circuit is added to a hydraulic circuit provided with a hydraulic pressure signal line for detecting a hydraulic pressure value of a circuit and controlling a volume of hydraulic fluid to a cylinder 1 with reference to the detected value. A pressure reducing valve 6 that outputs a reduced pressure as an operating signal to a pump 2, and subsequently the controlling means 5 causes the pressure reducing valve 6 to output a pressure reduction command to a pump 2 and thus to reduce a discharge rate from the pump 2, when the regeneration circuit is in a regeneration state.

  • Publication number: 20090120083
Abstract: A method of controlling an electro-hydraulic system having an engine driving a variable displacement pump, a hydraulic valve and a hydraulic actuator in order to achieve more efficient engine operation is disclosed. The pressures in the electro-hydraulic system are monitored and commands are received indicating the desired movement of the hydraulic actuator. Based on the pressure and the commands, the operation being performed by the machine is determined and the engine is set to an efficient setting for the particular segment of machine operation.

  • Patent number: 5938170
Abstract: A pilot-operated proportional control electromagnetic relief valve has a needle guide portion snugly fitted around the outer surface of a needle. The needle guide portion guides vertical movement of the needle, and is located at the center of a stopper so as to be coaxial with the stopper. A cylindrical inner wall portion of the stopper is so bored in the lower part of the adapter as to be coaxial with the needle guide portion. A cylindrical outer wall portion to be snugly fitted in the cylindrical inner positioning wall portion is so formed around the outer surface of a seat as to be coaxial with the seat portion. The outer circumferential surface of the needle is snugly fitted in the needle guide portion of the adapter so that the needle guide portion guides the axial travel of the needle, and the cylindrical inner wall portion of the adapter and the cylindrical outer wall portion of the seat are snugly fitted together.

  • Patent number: 4561378
Abstract: A coating apparatus wherein the coating is made by a coater while a support is carried in a non-contacting manner by a gas jetted from a gas jetting device towards the support. The gas jetting device has a hollow housing into which the gas is introduced from a gas source, the wall of the housing adjacent to the support being provided with a plurality of gas jetting nozzle ports through which the gas is jetted towards the support, each gas jetting nozzle port having a throat portion presenting a minimum cross-sectional area inwardly spaced from the outer surface of the wall of the housing and an enlarged outlet portion presenting a comparatively large diameter and opening in surface of the wall. The ratio of port area is adjusted in such a manner that the rate of jetting of the gas from unit area of the outer surface of the gas jetting device becomes smaller as the width of the support is increased.
