  • Patent number: 10563804
Abstract: Provided is a snap tap mounting jig for mounting a snap tap where the generation of buckling can be prevented by reducing a diameter enlarging pressing force of a diameter enlarging roller, a shim can be mounted on both end surfaces of the diameter enlarging roller, and a fold-back deformation amount of a metal sleeve can be checked from the outside. The snap tag mounting jig is also characterized as follows. The diameter enlarging roller is formed into a hyperboloid shape, and the recessed portion is formed such that a substantially upper half portion of the diameter enlarging roller mounted obliquely is formed into a substantially tapered shape, and a substantially lower half portion of the diameter enlarging roller mounted obliquely is formed into a rounded shape.

  • Patent number: 9719621
Abstract: In a snap tap forming method, a partition wall formed along a curvature of a water pipe outer peripheral wall surface is brought into hermetical pressure contact with the water pipe outer peripheral wall and is mounted on the outer peripheral wall at a position corresponding to an inflow opening portion of a gate valve and at which a snap tap of the water pipe is formed. A center drill guide small hole aligned with the snap tap axis is drilled in a center portion of partition wall. A drilling machine inserted in a water flow sleeve of the gate valve is inserted into the aforementioned small hole. A water diverting port is formed in the partition wall and a peripheral wall of the water pipe using a core drill by advancing the drilling machine while estimating a drilling center. Then the drilling machine is removed from a water flow passage in the gate valve, and the snap tap is connected to the water diverting port by a snap tap attaching tool.

  • Publication number: 20050267002
Abstract: A lubricant composition having a 40° C. dynamic viscosity of 40 mm2/s or less that has wear resistance equal to or better than a lubricant having a 40° C. dynamic viscosity of 76 mm2/s is achieved by providing a base oil with a zinc dithiophosphate and alkaline earth metal salt in an amount to provide a ratio of elemental zinc to alkaline earth metal in the oil in the range of 0.2 to 1.0.

  • Patent number: 4539865
Abstract: A transmission housing arrangement accommodates a plurality of meshing gears and comprises a main housing accommodating a part of meshing gears, an extension housing connected to the main housing and accommodating other meshing gear, and an intermediate plate partitioning the extension housing from the main housing and having a through hole at a lower portion of the intermediate plate for communicating the extension housing to the main housing, wherein the extension housing comprises a bottom wall defining a room under the meshing gear in the extension housing and a lubricating oil passage from the through hole to the room, the lubricating oil passage so curved that a flow of the lubricating oil into said extension housing is limited, whereby the meshing gear in the extension housing is prevented from sweeping up to much lubricating oil.

  • Patent number: 4327598
Abstract: A gear transmission apparatus for a motor vehicle, provided with an input shaft having an input gear, a counter shaft having a counter gear meshing with the input gear, an output shaft having a front end portion inserted into the input gear via a pilot bearing device, and a transmission mechanism for transmitting the rotation of the input shaft to the output shaft under predetermined gear ratios. The apparatus is further provided with at least one substantially radially extending and forwardly inclined oil passageway rotating together with the input gear, and a stationarily mounted guide plate adapted for directing lubricant oil toward the outer end of the passageway. The oil is effectively directed to the pilot bearing device via the passageway.
