Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for transferring the service profile of a digital subscription to a digital terminal device in a telecommunication network. According to the invention, the services activated for use by the subscriber as well as associated complementary data are transferred from the digital telephone exchange to the digital terminal device.

Abstract: An ETSI standard contains a definition to the effect that the number to be transmitted to a subscriber line in a telephone exchange system to identify the other party of a call may be a number stored in the subscriber data for the other party of a number given from the other party's subscriber line. The invention relates to a procedure for the transmission of numbers to a subscriber line in accordance with the user's preferences. In other words, the invention allows the user to decide himself/herself whether the other party's number to be transmitted for presentation to the user's subscriber line is the number stored in the subscriber data for the other party, the number given from the other party's subscriber line, or both.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a procedure for transmitting information to a predetermined subscriber line or predetermined subscriber lines in a telephone network. In the procedure of the invention for transmitting information to a predetermined subscriber line in a telephone network, which comprises a telephone exchange (1), a number of subscriber lines (2) connected to it and a terminal device (3) connected to the subscriber line, the subscriber number of the subscriber line acting as source of information is stored in the telephone network; the subscriber numbers of the predetermined subscriber lines to which the information is to be transmitted are stored in the telephone network; the information to be transmitted is stored in the telephone network and/or in a peripheral connected to it; and, using a link without actual connection, the predetermined information is transmitted of the predetermined subscriber lines.
