  • Patent number: 11968540
Abstract: Systems and methods for independently managing wireless transmission by individual spectrum access systems in a radio frequency spectrum shared by a plurality of spectrum access systems. An example method includes: receiving, by the spectrum access system, an interference budget from a sensor; determining, by the spectrum access system, secondary users managed by the spectrum access system in a radio frequency spectrum shared by a plurality of spectrum access systems; managing a move list for the spectrum access system independently of the other spectrum access systems in an absence of exchange of spectrum grant information with the other spectrum access systems; and determining the move list for the spectrum access system from a first moment and a second moment of an aggregate interference distribution such that the spectrum access system provides grants to its secondary users in a dynamic protection area of the spectrum access system.

  • Patent number: 10460779
Abstract: An apparatus has a reference magnetic tunnel junction with a high aspect ratio including a reference layer with magnetization along a minor axis and a storage layer with magnetization along a major axis. The storage layer magnetization is substantially perpendicular to the magnetization along the minor axis. The magnetization orientation between the minor axis and the major axis is maintained by shape anisotropy caused by the high aspect ratio.

  • Patent number: 10037481
Abstract: The invention provides a system and a method for an otitis media database constructing. The steps of method comprise: First, receiving a plurality of tympanic membrane images, wherein the tympanic membrane images are ear infection in different types. Second, choosing one of the tympanic membrane images, then classifying into a plurality of anatomic regions based on a plurality of tissue types. Coding each of anatomic regions with a numerical number to describe its morbid condition, and obtaining an eigenvalue through collecting the numerical number of each anatomic region. Furthermore, repeatedly choosing other one of tympanic membrane images until each tympanic membrane image obtaining the eigenvalue. And obtaining a matrix through collecting the eigenvalue of each tympanic membrane image, then generating an otitis media database.

  • Patent number: 9728233
Abstract: An apparatus has magnetic logic units a logic circuit configured to receive a serial input bit stream at an input node. Individual bits of data from the serial input bit stream are serially written into individual magnetic logic units without buffering the serial input bit stream between the input node and the individual magnetic logic units. Individual bits of data from individual magnetic logic units are serially read to produce a serial output bit stream on an output node without buffering the serial output bit stream between the individual magnetic logic units and the output node.
