    Abstract: Disclosed are devices suitable for treatment of subcutaneous tissue by transdermally-inducing ultrasonic vibrations in subcutaneous tissue and/or transdermally delivering energy with electromagnetic radiation such as light to subcutaneous tissue. In some embodiments, the treatment of subcutaneous tissue is effective in reducing the amount of subcutaneous fat therein. In some embodiments, transdermal radiation-delivery of energy and transdermal induction of ultrasonic vibrations in subcutaneous tissue can be performed simultaneously, alternatingly or in an unrelated fashion. In some embodiments, the device simultaneously transdermally-induces both ultrasonic transverse and ultrasonic longitudinal vibrations in subcutaneous tissue.

The first antenna array includes N first antennas, and the second antenna array includes M second antennas, where N is greater than M. Each of M second antennas is separately connected to two different first processing units. The first processing unit includes a power amplifier. The processing module is configured to send, through differential feeding, a second signal to the second antenna by using two different first processing units. This can enable a signal coverage of the second antenna array to be increased, improving performance of a millimeter wave module in a coverage region of the second antenna array.

If the image does not satisfy the quality requirement, the pattern is modified and another image is captured for calculating second depth information. The first and second depth information are combined to generate a depth map.

    Abstract: The present invention is directed to a process for the preparation of a hydrazine derivative by reaction of the corresponding oxirane with hydrazine, that uses as only solvent toluene. The process provides excellent yields and purities and allows to proceed without purification in a one-pot scheme. Toluene additionally reduces the excess of hydrazine needed to complete the reaction, significantly reducing the waste treatment costs and even allows the hydrazine to be recycled into the reaction.
