    Abstract: A flip flop standard cell that includes a data input terminal configured to receive a data signal, clock input terminal configured to receive a clock signal, a data output terminal, and a latch. A bit write circuit is configured to receive a bit write signal. The received data signal is latched and provided at the output terminal in response to the bit write signal and the clock signal. A hold circuit is configured to receive a hold signal, and the received data signal is not latched and provided at the data output terminal in response to the hold signal and the clock signal.

    Abstract: Manufacturing equipment of low-temperature formed liquid crystal alignment film and panel manufacturing process thereof are provided. The manufacturing equipment includes an engraving member, a light curing agent coating member, and a light curing device. In the panel manufacturing process, the engraving member is applied for engraving an alignment pattern on a surface of a prepared substrate. Next, the light curing agent coating member coats the light curing agent on the surface of the substrate having the alignment pattern thereon. Then, the light curing device is applied for light curing the light curing agent, so as to form a crystal alignment film having a texture of the alignment pattern. Finally, liquid crystal is injected between two substrates having the liquid crystal alignment film and encapsulating the structure to form a panel.

In some embodiments, transdermal radiation-delivery of energy and transdermal induction of ultrasonic vibrations in subcutaneous tissue can be performed simultaneously, alternatingly or in an unrelated fashion. In some embodiments, the device simultaneously transdermally-induces both ultrasonic transverse and ultrasonic longitudinal vibrations in subcutaneous tissue.

A bypass junction located between a first portion of the battery pack and a second portion of the battery pack. The bypass junction electrically connects the battery pack and the backup network. The backup network is configured such that current flow is directed along a first pathway when open circuit state occurs in the first portion of the battery pack, and the current flow is directed along a second pathway when the open circuit state occurs in the second portion of the battery pack. The backup network enables powering of a designated load and/or a designated function during the open circuit state.

The compressing element is mounted to the mounting hole and can move relative to the mounting hole to compress the positioning key in the limiting groove of the at least one engaging groove. The nut is sleeved on the cutter holder.
