In an exemplary embodiment, a cosmetic composition includes from about 0.5 to about 20 wt. % wax, from about 1.0 to about 8.0 wt. % non-ionic emulsifier, from about 10 to about 25 wt. % ethanol, and from about 30 to about 80 wt. % propellant, all in relation to the overall weight of the cosmetic composition.
