  • Patent number: 11338495
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a device and a method for controlling the throughflow of blow-molding fluid during the blow molding of containers. It is the intention to provide a control device and a control method which permit a controlled or defined growth and a defined propagation of the container bubble formed by the expanding preform in the pre-blowing phase of the blow molding process without the specification of a specific setpoint value profile or of a setpoint value curve.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: November 6, 2017
Date of Patent: May 24, 2022
    Assignee: Aventics GmbH
Inventors: Christian Busch, Heinz-Herrmann Meyer, Theo Paulus, Francis Petitjean

  • Patent number: 8301307
Abstract: A pneumatic actuator system (200) is provided according to the invention. The system (200) comprises a pneumatic actuator (100) including an actuator component (108), with the pneumatic actuator (100) being configured to include a first actuation phase and a second actuation phase. The system (200) further comprises one or more feedback sensors configured to provide one or more actuation feedback values, an actuator valve (213) coupled to and providing a first pneumatic pressure and a second pneumatic pressure to the pneumatic actuator (100), and a controller (240) coupled to the one or more feedback sensors and the actuator valve (213). The controller (240) is configured to receive the one or more actuation feedback values from the one or more feedback sensors and control the actuator valve (213) in order to actuate the actuator component (108) according to an actuation profile and according to the one or more actuation feedback values.
    Type: Grant

  • Publication number: 20090211238
Abstract: The invention relates to a fluid control device comprising at least one fluid actuator, such as pistons, membranes, disks, base bodies comprising combinations thereof or similar and at least one cover element. Control/supply channels, which are fluidcally connected to fluid channels which are arranged in the base body, are arranged in the base body and/or in the cover element. The control/supply channels are defined between the base body and the at least one cover element by means of welding joints which are produced by laser welding.
