Abstract: This invention relates to automating a process for manufacturing articles from plastic, particularly recyclable plastic waste. A lengthened separator head is flanged to a plasticizer to supply melting serially to several molds, by way of mold inlet shut-off mechanism. A preprogrammed control device monitors the filling of a respective mold by way of a pressure sensor in the mold. When the desired filling of the mold has occurred, the inlet shut-off mechanism is closed by the control device and another mold that is ready to be filled is filled with melting by the opening of the corresponding inlet shut-off mechanism at the another mold. In addition, the control device controls the locking and tightening of the mold as well as its opening and emptying.

Abstract: Bottle capsules (1), shrinkable onto a bottle neck, are produced by blow molding. An extruded plastic tube (2), in a thermoelastic state, is introduced into dual molds (3a) tangentially, in vertical motion from top to bottom. Each dual mold (3a) has a constriction (7) which is penetrated by a movably mounted injector (8), for introduction of a blow molding medium. The plastic tube (2) is expanded substantially radially only, and the most severe expansion occurs in the area around the constriction. The molds (3a) are mounted in a turntable (4) driven continuously about a horizontal shaft.

Abstract: A garden bench board made of a plastic material, particularly of recyclable plastic material, having a reinforcement which is embedded into the plastic material to prevent bending, includes one deformable zone respectively provided preferably at the longitudinal-side ends of the reinforcement so that a warping of the garden bench board or a tearing-apart of the sheathing is reliably avoided.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing hollow bodies from thermoplastic material by making hollow body-shaped preforms provided with opening nipples, which during a subsequent processing operation are reduced to the final shape after converting at least a part of their wall into deformable condition, whereby the forming-out takes place in at least two stages.
