    Abstract: Triazine derivatives of the formula:[(NCO).sub.3 R.sub.1 R.sub.2 R.sub.3 ].sub.n (I)are described, wherein:R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are the same or different and represent a ring perhalogenated benzyl and/or xylylidene, and which are bonded to the triazine ring on the N atoms when the ring is saturated, or on the O atoms when the ring is unsaturated, and n is an integer between 1 and 5. The invention is further directed to flame-retardant compositions and to plastic compositions which comprise a compound of formula I.
