  • Patent number: 10629367
Abstract: Conversion of magnetic flux energy into electrical power with a permanent magnet induction generator (PMIG) comprised of permanent magnets, a magnetic circuit, reluctance switches (magnetic flux switches), and a switching sequence performed by an electrical controller that causes the flux from two opposing, magnetically aligned permanent magnets to be repeatedly alternated through a single flux path for the purpose of generating AC electricity. Energy efficient reluctance switches operation permits the output electrical energy to exceed the energy required to operate them thereby enabling continuous operation that produces uninterrupted electricity without the need for fuel or external energy input.

  • Patent number: 9742252
Abstract: An electricity generator using a six-segment rotating flux switch, a 2×2 switching sequence with four magnetic flux switch sites, and a unique magnetic circuit design, all of which together alternate the magnetic flux from a stationary permanent magnet through a stationary magnetic segment around which is wound a pickup coil thereby inducing electricity in the pickup coil. Both the vector direction and the scalar value of the magnetic flux are alternated within the stationary magnetic segment resulting in a high power output of AC electricity.

  • Publication number: 20070242406
Abstract: Methods and apparatus generate electricity through the operation of a circuit based upon a single magnetic flux path. A magnetizable member provides the flux path. One or more electrically conductive coils are wound around the member, and a reluctance or flux switching apparatus is used to control the flux. When operated, the switching apparatus causes a reversal of the polarity (direction) of the magnetic flux of the permanent magnet through the member, thereby inducing alternating electrical current in each coil. The flux switching apparatus may be motionless or rotational. In the motionless embodiments, two or four reluctance switches are operated so that the magnetic flux from one or more stationary permanent magnet(s) is reversed through the magnetizable member.
