    Abstract: A system for positioning a corpse upon an embalming table and providing sufficient support for the corpse so that it may be embalmed and thereby retained in the desired position, the system including a plurality of polygonal blocks of varying configurations, with at least one tongue or groove presented by each of said blocks whereby the blocks may be interlocked in desired and suitable arrangements to support various portions of the corpse in the desired position upon the table for embalming.
