The product may include a cavity for positioning over hemorrhoidal tissue to provide pressure adjustment, and may also include at least one nub for selectively applying and/or adjusting pressure to areas. The product may include a trapezoidal, or other, cross-section for easier fit, as well as a split end for adherence to multiple gluteal cheeks and anatomy in the relevant area.
