  • Publication number: 20230125806
Abstract: Methods and apparatus configured to allow for users to intentionally interface with an external signal are provided. The methods and apparatus incorporate a randomly-generated plasma signal the behavior of which may be influenced to provide a control output. The methods and apparatus provide a temporal coherence measure influenced by a user that improves the ability to discriminate between intentionality and non-intentionality, and allow for the control of switching, communication, feedback and mechanical movement.

  • Publication number: 20180037077
Abstract: A maneuverable platform capable of operating on both fluid bodies (e.g., lakes, rivers, oceans, etc. in either liquid or frozen form) and land is provided. The platform has an above water portion formed of one or more sections onto discrete sections of which are positioned a number of buoyant propulsion members configured to support the above water portion and engage a fluid body or the ground to collectively provide support, propulsion and steering for the platform. The buoyant propulsion members are configured such that they provide buoyancy to the platform when the platform is at rest and lift when the platform reaches a specified hydrodynamic speed such that the platform planes atop the fluid of the fluid body during operation. The maneuverable platform, including the above water portion and the buoyant propulsion members, may be modular such that the platform may be split into sections of predetermined configuration to operate independently.

  • Publication number: 20080183314
Abstract: A quantum interface control system for manipulating, evaluating, modulating, and responding to characteristic changes in a matrix of two or more stochastic generators when influenced by other external stochastic generators, such as mental or thought field energy is provided. The QICS device includes two or more quantum source generators, a quantum pattern processor, and a feedback controller. In operation the QICS provides an interface between quantum form-information created by a mental or thought energy, and one or more corresponding physical states as expressed through temporal constraints defined by perception, movement, and communication. The QICS recognizes and utilizes the phenomenon that quantum generators capable of producing quantum form-information, such as mental energy or other stochastic resonators inherently respond to quantum form-information of one another and additionally imprint quantum form-information onto each other.
