The method comprises generating a first view comprising a map of at least one floor of the venue with one or more cartographic elements representing positions of one or more floor connectors in the at least one floor. The method further comprises causing display of the first view on a display unit of a user device. The method further comprises receiving a user selection of one of the one or more cartographic elements via the display unit. The method further comprises generating a second view comprising at least one graphic element to indicate one or more possible directions of movement via the floor connector. The method further comprises causing display of the second view on the display unit of the user device.
