  • Publication number: 20220315708
Abstract: The invention relates to rubber compositions that are provided with polyorganosiloxanes as plasticizers. The rubber compositions can be vulcanized by means of a cross-linking resin and they are particularly suitable for use as curing bladders in the production of tires. The invention further relates to the use of polyorganosiloxanes as corresponding plasticizers.

  • Patent number: 8735509
Abstract: The invention relates to the use of polyorganosiloxanes having 3 or more siloxane units, which have one or more organic fractions R1, where R1 has one or more carbon-carbon multiple bonds and at least 4 carbon atoms, and wherein the presence of hydrocarbon fractions having a chain length of 5 to 50 carbon atoms is excluded, as additives in the processing of rubber. The polyorganosiloxanes are used in the processing and vulcanization of rubber in a quantity of 0.1 to 10 phr and incorporated by reaction in same. Said polyorganosiloxanes produce a reduction in the viscosity of the rubber during processing and optionally an improvement in the mechanical properties of the vulcanized rubber.

  • Patent number: 8436098
Abstract: The invention relates to the use of polyorganosiloxanes having 3 or more siloxane units, which has (i) at least one organic component R1, where R1 has at least one carbon-carbon multiple bond, and (ii) at least one hydrocarbon component R2, where R2 has a chain length of 5 to 50 carbon atoms. The polyorganosiloxanes are used in the processing and vulcanization of rubber and are incorporated reactively into it. They give rise to a lowering in the viscosity of the rubber in the course of processing and in some cases to an improvement in the mechanical properties of the vulcanized rubber.

  • Publication number: 20120129259
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for producing a coated cell culture carrier, wherein a solution comprising a polyurethane urea is applied to a cell carrier and dried. The polyurethane urea is produced beforehand by converting at least one polycarbonate polyol component, at least one polyisocyanate component, and at least one diamino component. The invention further relates to a cell culture carrier obtained according to the method and the use thereof for in-vitro cultivation of stem cells, particularly for cultivating mesenchymal stem cells.
