  • Patent number: 10904617
Abstract: Disclosed are various embodiments for syncing a client device with media content for scene-specific notifications. A computing environment is employed to cause a sync to occur between a client device and media content being rendered by a media device using an audio signal or a video signal captured by the client device during a playback of the media content. A current scene of the media content being rendered on the media device is determined by comparing the audio signal or the video signal to at least one digital fingerprint stored in a data store. The computing environment then identifies content in a plurality of upcoming scenes occurring later in the playback than the current scene by analyzing at least one tag descriptive of the content in the plurality of upcoming scenes.

  • Patent number: 10382370
Abstract: Disclosed are various embodiments to deploy automated service agents, which can be implemented with an application executed on a computing device. The application can cause the computing device to process a transcript to identify an intended action of a service agent, wherein the transcript comprises a first set of text generated by the service agent and a second set of text generated by another party. The application can also cause the computing device, in response to an identification of the intended action from the transcript, to process the transcript to extract a minimum set of information required to create a workflow item that corresponds to the intended action. Moreover, the application can cause the computing device to send a request to a workflow management system to create the workflow item that corresponds to the intended action, wherein the request comprises an identifier for the intended action and the acquired information.

  • Patent number: 10223353
Abstract: Disclosed are various embodiments for identifying safety concerns by employing dynamic semantic analysis on natural language provided in free-text reviews of products. A computing environment may encode user interface data that causes an event listener to monitor a free-text description provided in a text field in a user interface. A semantic analysis may be performed on the free-text description in real-time as the free-text description is generated. Remedial actions may be performed based on the semantics identified in the free-text description or severity levels associated with identified safety concerns.

  • Publication number: 20180268467
Abstract: Techniques are provided for presenting and dynamically updating a user interface that represents features/services associated with a service provider. For example, a user interface element associated with services offered by a service provider may be maintained. Further, instructions to present the user interface element with at least a first portion that represents a service of the services that is accessible may be provided. Information corresponding to an interaction with the service provider may be received. A second portion of the user interface element to present may be determined based at least in part on the received information and aggregate user data that identifies interactions by a plurality of users with the services offered by the service provider. Instructions may be provided to present the user interface element with the first portion and the determined second portion.

  • Publication number: 20180090174
Abstract: Disclosed are various embodiments for generating video content illustrating the iterative development of a project according to the different versions of the project. Versions of unrendered code are obtained from a version control system repository. The text of the unrendered code for the different versions is compared to identify any changes in the visual output of the unrendered code. Snapshots of the rendered versions are captured and modified to highlight any visual output changes that are identified. Video content is generated using the snapshots.
