Abstract: A fishing rod support apparatus for supporting and pivotally adjusting a fishing-pole. The fishing rod support apparatus includes a shaft that has a pair of ends and a stand assembly for supporting the shaft above a surface. The stand assembly preferably comprises an annular collar that is removably mounted about a peripheral wall of the shaft. A plurality of leg members each having a first end and a second end is coupled to an outer surface of the annular collar. A tubular member for selectively receiving a handle of a fishing pole is coupled to the first end of the shaft.
