    Abstract: A bicycle helmet adapted to be used with eyewear includes an impact-absorbing body, a resilient wiper, and an alignment feature. The impact-absorbing body has a convex exterior surface and a concave interior surface adapted to be positioned on a user's head. The impact-absorbing body further includes an aperture formed in the exterior surface and dimensioned to permit insertion of a portion of the eyewear into the aperture along an insertion axis. The resilient wiper is positioned at least partially in the aperture and arranged to engage the portion of the eyewear upon insertion into the aperture. The alignment feature defines at least a portion of the aperture and is oriented to guide the portion of the eyewear toward the resilient wiper.

A stimulation system may include an electronics layer in electrical contact with a conductive layer via a puncture connection, and may provide an iontophoretic treatment followed by a TENS treatment. Other electrodes, systems and methods are also disclosed.

Feedback mechanisms allow the caregiver or the patient to adjust the temperature of the gas. Other fluids may also be used. The systems and methods permit use of electrotherapy for enhanced therapy and injury recovery.
