  • Publication number: 20240124252
Abstract: A sweep auger system having a driveshaft with auger fighting and a backboard extending a length from an inward end to an outward end. An input of a gearbox is connected to an outward end of the drive shaft and a sweep wheel having a plurality of notches, arms and feet is connected to an output of the gearbox. A drive shield is placed around a rearward side of the sweep wheel that forms a channel that is configured to capture grain agitated by the drive wheel. A guide plate is connected to the gearbox and covers a portion of the gearbox. The guide plate angles from an upper outward edge downward and forward to a lower inward edge that is configured to urge the grain captured within the channel of the drive shield to move in front of the sweep auger system reducing grain left in the grain bin.

  • Patent number: 11958910
Abstract: Provided herein are bispecific antigen-binding molecules that bind HER2 and methods of use thereof. The bispecific antigen-binding molecules comprise a first and a second antigen-binding domain, wherein the first and second antigen-binding domains bind to two different (preferably non-overlapping) epitopes of the extracellular domain of human HER2. The bispecific antigen-binding molecules cluster on the surface of HER2 IHC2+ and IHC3+ cells, and are internalized into the cellular lysosomes. Also included are antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) comprising the antibodies or bispecific antigen-binding molecules provided herein linked to a cytotoxic agent, radionuclide, or other moiety, as well as methods of treating cancer in a subject by administering to the subject a bispecific antigen-binding molecule or an ADC thereof.

  • Publication number: 20240113974
Abstract: Mobile management method, system and client. Method includes receiving a DNS query for a host name from an application on client; retrieving reputation data associated with host name from a local cache on client; and determining a policy based on host name and the reputation data. Based on determined policy for the host name, blocking attempted network flows to a host corresponding to host name to produce blocked attempted network flows. Method also includes sending attempted network flow metadata related to the blocked attempted network flows to a collector on client; transmitting the attempted network flow metadata from the collector to a VPN server pool via a VPN tunnel; and producing an anomaly report from the transmitted attempted network flow metadata. The anomaly report includes at least one of anomalies, cohorts, trends, location boundaries, detected network security issues, detected compromised clients and/or optimized network usage.

  • Publication number: 20200386306
Abstract: An apparatus and method of transmission control includes a shift lever supported between gear positions P, R, N, D, and a sensor operably connected to a vehicle electrical system for generating a variable signal corresponding to the P, R, N, D gear positions. The electrical system is initially set to control shifting a transmission between P, R, N, and D gear positions based on initial P and D position-indicating signals and interpolated/proportional R and N position-indicated signals. The apparatus and method further include adjusting shifting control for improved shift location accuracy after worn shifter components have mechanically worn or electrically drifted, by determining “new” P and D gear positions when the shift lever is in component-worn P and D gear positions, respectively, and then calculating new R and N position-indicating signals.
