    Abstract: The disclosed embodiments relate to a system that suggests helpful articles to resolve a customer request. During operation, the system receives the customer request, wherein the customer request is associated with a product or a service used by the customer. Next, the system feeds a set of words from the customer request through a model to generate a request vector comprising numerical values representing words in the customer request. The system then compares the request vector against article vectors representing articles in a set of help center articles to determine whether the customer request matches one or more help center articles. If the customer request matches one or more help center articles, the system presents the one or more help center articles to the customer to facilitate automatically resolving the customer request.

    Abstract: A level comprising a level body and a bubble vial mounted on the level body is provided. A top opening in the level body interrupts at least a portion of a top wall of the level body to accommodate the bubble vial. An internal support structure is disposed within the tubular configuration of the level body and spanning longitudinally along the level body so as to be disposed on both sides of the top opening to provide structural support to the level body in the vicinity of the top opening. The internal support structure includes a base portion, a pair of legs extending upwardly from the base portion, and an opening disposed between the pair of upwardly extending legs. A carrier structure is disposed in the opening of the internal support structure and positioned beneath the bubble vial and between the internal support structure and the bubble vial.

    Abstract: A knife includes a handle portion and a cutting head portion. The cutting head portion includes a lid portion and a base portion configured to receive a blade therebetween. The lid portion is coupled to the base portion by a hinge. Rotation of the lid portion relative to the base portion away from the base portion opens a space above the base portion through which the blade may lifted. A method of removing a blade from a knife includes rotating a lid portion relative to a base portion about a hinge coupling the lid portion to the base portion, further rotating the lid portion until a protrusion fixed to the lid portion extends through the base portion and lifts up on the blade to create a gap between the blade and the base portion, and grasping the blade at the gap to pull the blade away from the base portion.

A blade lock pivotally connects to the blade holder for movement relative to the blade holder about a blade lock axis between a locked position and a released position. The blade lock axis forms an acute angle ? with a lateral direction of the knife so that a surface of the blade lock that is configured to engage the utility blade moves both laterally and vertically as the blade lock moves between its locked and released positions. A blade release trigger is conveniently disposed well rearwardly of a front of the handle. The knife includes a sealed blade storage compartment with a manually openable cover. A seal disposed between the compartment and cover discourages water and/or debris from getting into the compartment when the cover is closed.
