  • Patent number: 11237897
Abstract: A method identifies and prioritizes anomalies in received monitoring logs from an endpoint log source. One or more processors identify anomalies in the monitoring logs by applying a plurality of disparate types of anomaly detection algorithms to the monitoring logs, and then determine a likelihood that the identified anomalies are anomalous based on outputs of the plurality of disparate types of anomaly detection algorithms. The processor(s) then prioritize the monitoring logs based on the likelihood that the identified anomalies are actually anomalous, and send prioritized monitoring logs that exceed a priority level to a security information and event management system (SIEM).

  • Patent number: 11038669
Abstract: A system and method for blockchains with serial proof of work includes a memory storing a blockchain, and a processor coupled to the memory. The processor is configured to receive a miner identifier, receive a block of data for inclusion in a new block of the blockchain, determine an initial nonce based on the miner identifier, hash a combination of the block of data and the initial nonce to create a hashed value, iteratively determine an updated nonce based on the hashed value and update the hashed value by hashing the updated nonce until the updated hashed value satisfies a proof of work criteria, create the new block based on the block of data, the miner identifier, and the updated hashed value that satisfies the proof of work criteria, and share the new block with one or more other computing devices hosting the blockchain.

  • Patent number: 10420150
Abstract: Automated wireless access point resource allocation and optimization are facilitated. An external data store (EDS) component can automatically select, based on spatial data of at least one polygon including at least one wireless access point, one or more parameters associated with wireless communications of the at least one wireless access point. Further, an access point provisioning gateway (APPG) can remotely initiate the at least one wireless access point to automatically configure equipment of the at least one wireless access point to service the wireless communications using at least one of the one or more parameters. Furthermore, a boundary generation component can automatically generate the spatial data by at least one of: combining spatial data of two or more polygons; splitting a polygon into at least two polygons; or expanding a boundary of the polygon.

  • Patent number: 9963242
Abstract: A sensor system runs real-time software on the processor to receive and log temperature and humidity data from the sensors. A processor processes the data, reformats, if necessary, the data packaged with GPS information provided by the centralized sensor control system, transmits the packaged data (including error checking) to a designated receiver, and provides a diagnostic interface for displaying logged data and status information. This data is time stamped and transmitted to the centralized sensor control system across the external control/data interface.

  • Patent number: 9917734
Abstract: Operating parameters for a femto access point (FAP) are efficiently and accurately defined. During provisioning of the FAP, the system obtains operating parameters utilized by a nearby FAP expected to have a substantially similar radio environment as the provisioning FAP. Moreover, weighting is applied to the nearby FAP to determine which set of operating parameters to utilize at the provisioning FAP. Accordingly, pre-existing operating parameters, optimized by the nearby FAP are employed to augment initial network listen measurements performed at the provisioning FAP, and thus improve speed and accuracy of initial FAP parameter provisioning.
