  • Patent number: 12287325
Abstract: In certain embodiments methods of identifying T cell receptors that respond to specific target cell antigens are provided, where the methods comprise providing a substrate bearing a plurality of target cells (e.g., mammalian cells); contacting the target cells on the substrate with CD8+ T cells; and using label-free optical imaging to identify an increase in mass of a T-cell and/or a decrease in mass of a target cell, where an increase in mass of a T cell and/or a decrease in mass of a target cell is an indicator that said T cell bears a T cell receptor activated by antigens presented on said target cell.

  • Publication number: 20250052985
Abstract: A microscope imaging system including a microscope having a stage with a well plate having a plurality of therapy treatment samples, an array of light emitting diodes (LEDs) to illuminate the plurality of therapy treatment samples, and a camera to capture images of the plurality of therapy treatment samples over a period of time using the array of LEDs. The microscope imaging system including an electronic controller configured to receive a plurality of images of the plurality of therapy treatment samples over the period of time from the camera, determine a cell mass for each therapy treatment sample based on each image, track the cell mass over the period of time for each therapy treatment sample, determine a plurality of response parameters for each therapy treatment sample based on the tracked cell mass, and determine a treatment response for each therapy treatment sample based on the plurality of response parameters.
