  • Publication number: 20240146147
Abstract: A sealing arrangement for passing electrical connections through a wall of a casing for a device for driving a compressor. The sealing arrangement has a connection arrangement with at least one electrically conductive connecting element and a holding element. The at least one connecting element is arranged within a through hole formed in the holding element and through a feedthrough hole of the casing so as to protrude into a volume enclosed by the casing. The holding element is formed as an injection-molded component made of a plastic. A joining element is arranged between the holding element and the at least one connecting element, which full-circumferentially encloses the at least one connecting element. As a result, the holding element full-circumferentially encloses the joining element.

  • Publication number: 20190331360
Abstract: Electronic module of inverter for electric compressor of climate control system having a circuit board and one or several power semiconductors and busbars, an intermediate circuit capacitor, an EMC filter coil and a support structure with outer support structure part carrying the circuit board and includes necessary securement devices to dispose the electronic module, utilizing securement elements, tightly on compressor housing along contact areas of the support structure located in a base plane. Inner support structure part framed by outer support structure part is implemented to be resilient and/or is resiliently connected with outer support structure part and carries the power semiconductors and comprises securement devices that permit securing inner support structure part, utilizing securement elements, independently of securement of outer support structure part and circuit board on compressor housing.

  • Publication number: 20150217492
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing a radiator box or charge air cooler box in the form of a plastic box with an integrated seal by means of two-component injection molding using an injection molding tool. The injection molding tool includes a first main part, a second main part and a movable sliding element core as the third main part, the parts forming a first cavity for at least one part of the plastic box and, by a relative movement of the movable sliding element core, a second cavity, immediately adjacent to the first cavity, for a seal material.

  • Patent number: 7434612
Abstract: A multiple zoned air conditioning system for providing air conditioning to the interior of an automotive vehicle. The air conditioning system includes a main air conditioning module with a first heat exchanger for cooling and with a second heat exchanger for heating, as well as a multiple zone module. The main air conditioning module creates, in cooperation with the multiple zone module, at least one first air flow conditioned for temperature. The multiple zone module is interchangeably disposed in the main air conditioning module, with the second heat exchanger engaging the multiple zone module so as to allow air flow therethrough, when the multiple zone module is disposed on the main air conditioning module.
