  • Patent number: 12638842
Abstract: A method and system for automatically detecting a malfunction of a device in the food industry or the beverage industry, in particular for predictive maintenance. By means of a digital twin of the device, simulation data are produced for a plurality of malfunctions. Subsequently, a machine learning algorithm is trained on the basis of the simulation data and the plurality of malfunctions. The trained machine learning algorithm is then used to detect a malfunction of the device on the basis of operating data of the device. A method and system for determining an optimized production plan for the production of one or more products by means of one or more production lines in the food industry or the beverage industry.

  • Publication number: 20260035866
Abstract: The invention relates to, inter alia, a container treatment system having a container producing apparatus for producing pulp containers from pulp, a tunnel dryer for drying the pulp containers, and a conveyor apparatus which connects the container producing apparatus to the tunnel dryer for transporting the pulp containers from the container producing apparatus to the tunnel dryer. Advantageously, the container treatment system allows a very large number of pulp containers to be produced and dried for a subsequent filling process because the drying process no longer acts as a bottleneck during the treatment process.

  • Publication number: 20240348134
Abstract: A rotor for an electric machine is produced using a band provided with through openings, which is then is wound up in such a manner that each longitudinal region of the band forms layers arranged one on top of the other in the radial direction of the rotor and the through openings are arranged one on top of the other in the radial direction of the rotor. This forms receptacle openings widening outwards in the radial direction of the rotor, are spaced apart from each other in succession in the circumferential direction of the rotor, and in which magnets are arranged.
