  • Patent number: 11723355
Abstract: An animal trap is configured to enclose the entrance to a burrow and appear to the animal as an extension of the burrow. As a result, the animal will be likely to enter the animal trap under the mistaken belief that it is exiting the burrow. The animal trap may include a main body and a cage floor that define a capture area. The main body is designed to form a pathway into the capture area which is downwardly oriented so that the trap can be placed directly overtop the burrow opening.

  • Patent number: 9617743
Abstract: Implementations of the present invention relate to apparatuses, systems, and methods for constructing and installing architectural walls that are secured to a floor and/or a ceiling and include one or more leveling mechanisms. The leveling mechanisms may allow the architectural wall to be selectively adjusted vertically relative to the floor and/or ceiling so that a horizontal positioning of the wall may be achieved. The leveling mechanisms may also allow the architectural wall to fit securely to a floor and/or ceiling.

  • Patent number: 8112954
Abstract: Implementations of the present invention relate generally to systems and components for sealing and locking doors, including sliding doors for use with modular walls. A locking system can be configured to secure and release a sliding door. In particular, the locking system can include a sliding door with one or more receiving channels configured to receive a pin extending from a floor's surface. A locking mechanism can be included and configured to selectively drive a shaft to capture and release a pin that has been received by the receiving channel. The sealing system is configured to seal a gap between a modular wall and an adjacent sliding door. In particular, the sealing system can include a connector configured to connect trim to a wall panel wherein the connector includes an integrated gasket seal configured to seal the gap.

  • Patent number: 5913498
Abstract: An adjustable foot assembly for supporting and levelling furniture. A mounting bracket is attachable to a furniture leg and a cantilever member is pivotally mounted to the mounting bracket. The cantilever member is pivotable relative to said mounting bracket. A bolt extends between the mounting bracket and the cantilever member. Rotation of the bolt urges the cantilever member to rotate relative to the mounting bracket to relatively raise and lower a distal end of the cantilever member.
