  • Patent number: 11368585
Abstract: A tool for providing a secure communication channel during three-way communications. The tool initiates a three-way communication from a user device, wherein the three-way communication is a connection between a user, a third-party interpreter, and a service provider. The tool enables a passthrough function of a secured switch for transmitting non-privileged data during the three-way communication. The tool determines whether privileged data is to be transmitted during the three-way communication. Responsive to a determination that privileged data is to be transmitted during the three-way communication, the tool mutes an audio communication component. The tool activates a bypass function of the secured switch for transmitting the privileged data on an alternate audio communication component.

  • Patent number: 11194884
Abstract: A method for facilitating identification of navigation regions in a web page based on document object model (DOM) analysis is provided. In one embodiment, the method includes analyzing the web page for features. The features include at least one of: interactive elements, content regions, link region roots, or landmarks. The method also includes representing the features in a tree structure and analyzing the tree structure for a link density to identify non-main landmarks, a reading order, and main content roots. The method further includes enabling a region navigation for the web page based on the identified non-main landmarks, reading order, and main content roots.

  • Patent number: 10806125
Abstract: The method, computer program product and computer system may include computing device which may create a user profile based on user data associated with a user and animal data associated with the user's service animal. The computing device may receive a destination input and determine one or more routes to the input destination, the one or more routes each being associated with a set of route commands. The computing device may receive a route selection and translate the set of route commands associated with the selected route into a set of service animal command signals. The computing device may transmit a first service animal command signal from the set of service animal command signals to a signal device, the signal device being attached to the user's service animal and generate an output by the signal device corresponding with the first service animal command signal.

  • Patent number: 6934907
Abstract: A method, program, and apparatus for providing a description of current position in an electronic document are provided. The invention first comprises parsing the electronic document into a parse tree. When the system receives a command from the user requesting current position in the electronic document, an algorithm performs a walk up the parse tree, from the current position to the root of the document. A position response, containing nodes in the walk up the parse tree, is constructed by the algorithm and reported to the user.
