Abstract: A system for advertising and promotion comprises identifying a promotion to be offered to a consumer, identifying a consumer that is interested in the promotion, identifying a plurality of consumer-specific attributes, using at least one of the consumer-specific attributes to determine a promotion offering value, offering the promotion to the consumer at the promotion offering value determining whether the consumer agrees to purchase the promotion at the promotional offering value, and determining whether to adjust the promotional offering value based on whether the consumer agreed to purchase the promotion.
