The dispenser further includes a bottom case body and a top case body configured to form an enclosure around the plurality of receptacles when brought into a substantially confronting relationship. Each of the bottom case body and the top case body include a sloped wall member having a shelf portion that surrounds the neck member when the enclosure is formed. A plurality of locking tabs engage a complimentary number of locking recesses configured to receive an end portion of the locking tabs to fix the bottom case body and the top case body in an enclosure configuration.
